Swift Appliance Repair

I'm not even sure this is a real business rather than a scam. Based on a google search, I called Swift Appliance Repair to look at my dishwasher. Toby came the next day and spent about an hour looking at it and decided we needed a part. He gave me a total estimate that seemed reasonable to me and told me he'd "be back next week to install the new part." I paid for about half the service and got a receipt. Now, they've ghosted me. It's been almost 6 weeks. I cannot get a return call to my NUMEROUS attempts to find out what's going on. I understand that parts get backordered. I just wish they'd tell me that. Now, I'm unsure if I should start over with a different appliance repair company or wait. Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else the first time!

Technician was more than a hour late and I had to call office to see if he was still coming. I never received a paid invoice showing the diagnostics after calling the office several times and told it was being emailed. Disappointed in customer service.

Very reliable company. Got my Sub-Zero freezer repaired in few days. Guys know their job.

Had an appt., they never showed up and didn't call.
