I think I was grossly overcharged. I called these guys on 01/29/26 to check out my HVAC. Yes, I know it's an R22, but they did nothing to fix the unit and I understand that another refrigerant could be used. Yeah, I know the challenges with this, but i have read more success stories than failures. They spent a couple hours here but they disappeared to get lunch. I got charged $238 and nothing was fixed and nothing was maintained. They gave me estimates ranging from $12k to over $17k. Isn't a charge of around $85 to $110 more reasonable? They didn't even clean the leaves out of it !!!!!

I was experiencing water hammer in my plumbing, every time I turned on a faucet, the pipes would make a loud banging noise. I contacted this company for help. They came out, cut two large square openings in my wall, and spent about half the day trying different solutions, but they were unable to resolve the issue. Despite not fixing the problem, I was still charged $735.

Swift brothers was prompt, very professional service. I would definitely call them again! Gappy did a great job.
