I was happy with the technician, very happy with the response time. Tech immediately found cause which was a bad capacitor. When he said $349 for capacitor, I got checked online to see what it cost. Model number of capacitor revealed that it cost $10 to $20. So why did an existing customer pay $433.18? And that’s with a military discount.

If I could I’d leave a 0. Three year old system wasn’t installed properly. Corners cut installation. I’ve had nothing but trouble since it was done. Cost me a small fortune to fix right. I will never recommend them ever again. Avoid at all costs. And left junk from old system behind in my attic.

I have used Webb / Swift Brothers for many years. They provide excellent sales and service. The techs are friendly and proficient and the office staff are customer focused. If you are in need of A/C or plumbing services, give them a call.

Webb Heating and Air condition LLC is horrible. Hands Down the worst customer service and professionalism I every received. When the service company came out, he was not honest about the timeline it will take to repair the air conditioning unit. He advised that once the service fee has been he will come and replace the motor in the unit. When I called Webb Heating and Air LLC, I was advised that the warranty company had not responded to the request to repair the air conditioning motor. She stated that until the home buyer’s warrantee customers service calls her, she cannot do anything without their approval.
