Swift Pools

I am hesitant to post a completely negative review, as we purchased our home with a Swift pool built in 2005/2006. I can say it is in a better condition than others we have seen. Also, their retail store has all of the parts, accessories and highest quality of chemicals. Unfortunately, this is where my positive experience ends... Most recently, I voluntarily called to request my 15 year old pump be replaced with a more energy efficient unit. After lengthy discussions about the pump best suited for the application, I provided the deposit and remained on the schedule. Day of installation, it was approaching 6pm and no one had showed. We have been a loyal customer for 20+ years. Customer service has gone WAY down hill over the past 7 years. We had another company close the pool this year and this is how the cover came out of the bag!!! Swift pools, you are a crappy company. Keep losing customers!!

Emptied our neighbors pool (from the street behind us) onto our property because it was easy for them to do. Even though before we left on errands, we told them no way. Now we have chemically treated water around our trees and on our grass. We have worked hard to get this property in shape since we moved here 4 years ago. Will be reporting them to the authorities. Evidently what they did is illegal.

I just bought my house with a pool and so far they have been very helpful. Especially the two guys who come out for Maintenance. They actually took the time to explain everything to me and go out of their way to help. Highly recommend if you need any repairs. -Justin

I have been waiting for a year for them to repair my pool and nothing. The date the contract was made was 6/19/24 and I paid $3260. Then in April 2025 they asked me for more money and I paid $3260 again. The excuse they use is the weather. When the woman said that the pool was going to be cleaned in the fall, it is already summer 2025 and nothing. And she still gets upset when you ask for a date for the repair. It seems like she is giving it to me when they have had my money for a year. Once again this company is making a bad impression since I had an appointment on Monday, July 7th and they canceled it because it was going to rain. They moved it to Friday, July 11th and they called the day before at 7:40 at night saying they weren't going to show up because they had an appointment with an
