Swifty Steam Cleaning

I had my carpets cleaned by this company and was very disappointed. Though my carpets looked a bit cleaner, I was told via text that the carpets would be damp to the touch. This was definitely not the case. I finally got out my Bissell carpet cleaner and extracted a good deal of very dirty water. My water shoes, which have a rubber sole, were soaked to the top after working on my carpets. I spent a couple of hours extracting dirty water from my carpets. I reached out to the company explaining my dissatisfaction; they immediately got on the defensive and refunded $25. I wasn’t looking for a refund; I wanted them to come back and to a better job of cleaning and extracting the water. He arrived late, spent an hour at most, and left me with at least a couple of hours work to do on my own. I pa

I spilled soda on a very light-colored rug on my wife’s favorite rug and G came out and saved my dang marriage! Haha Other cleaners turned me down based on the material of the rug, but G broke it down like a Scientist and got all molecular and saved the rug and my hide! Will definitely call again for future work.

They really done a excellent job on my carpet and my seats to my dining room chairs and they were reasonable not expensive, the technicians were very helpful and friendly if they were to review on more stars they would get a 10 from me and I will refer my family and friends to them.
