My pool was in terrible shape! Leaves, yellow and green algae, etc. This group spent 3 days betting my pool bag into shape and gave me great information to keep my pool safe/usable! I can’t not thank Nick and his team enough for their help!

My child was verbally chastised and harassed by several of the young, and unprofessional lifeguards employed by Swim Club Management Group. I reached out to their senior management staff several times to try and address the issue, however I have received nothing but calloused and dismissive responses. One specific employee I spoke with who was incredibly standoffish regarding my situation was Alexis Baxter. So far, the lifeguards who treated my son so terribly are still employed and working at our club. He has not felt safe returning to our OWN country club because of the horrible services provided by this company.

Out of all the companies that came out to my pool. SCMG was the only one who could pin point why my pool kept staining around the returns (I think thats what it’s called). The Maintenance coordinator Mike Mawhorter was very knowledgeable on the chemicals and what was causing it. Thanks You Swim Club
