We paid you in 2023 for our pool liner to be replaced, put the down payment and even paid for the liner. Now you are just MIA and Verizon says your number is changed? If you think for a second you are going to get away with all the money we all provided you for a service you didn’t fulfill, tell that to the lawyer I hired to bring justice to all the victims you created! I'd give 0 stars if I could. I 100% agree with the other reviews left within the past 6 days. Our experience with Tony and Julie has been the EXACT SAME! We signed our contract in September 2022 for pool step repair work and liner replacement. Here we are a year later and nothing has been done. We too experienced excuse after excuse after excuse when they actually did reply to our texts and emails. Most of the time, we were left with no response at all. We have requested our deposit back and have still not received it. This has been the worse experience working with Swimming Pool Vinyl Liner Pros, LLC and Tony Pleasanton and Julie Sharpe. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT HIRE- STAY AWAY--WILL TAKE YOUR $$ My husband originally contracted with Tony (Anthony) Pleasanton in May 2022 (that's right, I said 2022) to repair our pool along with installing a new liner. My husband paid half down, about $2500 and Tony called in November 2022 and told us our liner was in but they were behind and would not get to us until the new year. Once January 2023 came, I took over dealing with the pool and started contacting Tony by phone and text about where we were with our pool repair but they had issues, the weather was putting them behind and it wouldn't be until about April until they could start on our pool. STAY AWAY from Swimming Pool Vinyl Liner Pros or any other pool company with Tony (Anthony) Pleasanton or Julie Sharpe attached to it. Tony and Julie are dishonest, thieves, frauds and will take your money and leave your pool projects unfinished. We signed up in January 2023 and they started the job in April and it’s been an absolute mess ever since. We were told by Tony that he will not leave the job until it is finished and that our pool build would take 1-2 weeks to complete. Tony never managed the project from day 1 and didn’t have a clue as to what was going on in our pool build. The orientation of the pool dig was wrong, workers installed walls incorrectly or upside down, drains backwards, pool was suppose to be above grade and they installed below grade.
