Syl's Carpet

DO NOT HIRE FOR TILE! Syl replaced some carpet and did a fine job. His guys did the tile work and it was a disappointment. It was porcelain wood plank tile. They did not do anything to level the floor. They told me that they did would not seal the grout so I went out and bought an additive for them to mix with the grout in place of water to auto-seal the grout. They did not tell me they ran out and not all the grout was sealed. There are dozens of spots where grout is missing. They did not do an acid wash and the floor still has a haze. They left 2 truckbed loads of debris in my garage. Bottom line is they did not complete the job.
