These guys did a great job, I booked on a Thursday for a Saturday concert and was able to get a spot without an issue. For those attending a concert at Forest Hills Stadium, use this location. The staff was friendly, my car was well taken care of and the turnaround time was less than 7 minutes from handing my ticket in to getting my car. Gerard Sylvan Garage is THE place to park for Forest Hills Stadium concerts for me from now on!

I used this garage recently because I was going to Metro Vein Center. Just to let you know, Metro Vein Center will validate your parking ticket for up to 4 hrs for free. I appreciated the service I received at this garage. The valet parking was the best!

So far have gone here twice to use the EV charger. Both times I was unable to change my car due to them parking parking cars in the EV spot. The second time I told them how unprofessional that was and they said it was due to the machine being down. I called the company who services the EV charger and they said the garage lied and that it’s fully operational. Tried called ahead to make sure the spot will be open and the phone rings and rings with no response or says the number is not in service.

I came to the garage because of Zipcar and was very happy with the condition of the car. It was clean, well kept and drove well. My issue was more with the way I was treated by the parking attendant. With Zipcar you some times have to give your membership card to the attendant so he can lock up the car once parked. I wanted for the gentleman this morning as he had to park a car that arrived, ahead of me. When he was finished with that car he walked over to me, I greeted him he didn't really greet me back but he quickly ran over to help someone who I assumed lived in the building who was picking up their car. He checked her out and then walked by me and shouted out to me something to affect of "yeah, yeah lock the car" because I asked him does he need my card. He greeted the lady behind me
