I have been parking at this location every time I come in for my radiology appointments, and the attendants have always been friendly, something I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, I felt compelled to leave this review after a very disappointing experience that showed a lack of flexibility toward customers. Today, I mistakenly arrived at this location thinking my appointment was there. I explained to the attendant that I wasn’t sure and was going upstairs to confirm. Within 5–7 minutes, Lenox Hill Radiology staff informed me that my appointment was actually at a different location and provided the correct address. Cesar and the entire team here are great. I’ve been parking here for over three years daily and I have no complaints. Anybody that complains about this place doesn’t know what they’re talking about. I can’t tell you how many times they went above and beyond and always friendly and with a smiling face. Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews because they are posted by people that are too cheap and don’t understand what it costs to park in a garage. They never damaged my vehicle once Excellent service and highly recommended.

Polite and friendly staff. Because of the location (Court & other buildings) parking is expensive. Even meter parking on the street is capped at 2 hours. But cost does not reflect the staff's demeanor.

Expensive and horrible service but both the executive offices ad the staff. Totally over priced and what was 24hrs they made 6am-12am - which screwed all of us monthly space renters who live in the area. And they sent an email not even 2 weeks before they made this change. The staff informed me 3 weeks ahead of time. Whenever you call the head office the manager is never ever there and the staff has no clue - or they have been told not to answer questions related to money. They are cheap and cold people... They act this way because they know there are not many other lots in the area. Whenever I parked there the staff was totally miserable and only spoke kindly/friendly to who they wanted to, when they wanted to - seriously if you can't manage to be happy or at least say hello or smile,
