I used this garage for a few months when I had a family members car, and had a great experience. Pedro is great, very friendly and reliable. I have no idea why this garage has bad reviews, they must be old so don’t go by them! I had a great experience with this garage, you just need to keep in mind they aren’t open on Sundays.

Parked with them long term for many months. Very nice attendants. Calling ahead to pickup your car is the best advice I can give. Only disadvantage is the limited hours on weekend.

Beware!! Despite closing at 10PM on weekdays, they will lock your car in at 5PM on Saturday and you can't get it until Monday, costing $42 extra. This practice cost me hundreds in late rental car return fees, plus $42 extra to line their pocket on New York's only free parking day!!

Be prepared that the rudest and most negative guy ever is waiting there to give you an attitude. And the hours suck

Bunch of crooks, double the charge if you late by even a minute. Better to park elsewhere, i.e. where they charge additional based on hourly increments, usually $1 or 2. Attendants are rude as well, don't care much on how they handle your car.
