Sylvan Windsor Parking LLC

I've been a monthly parker here for over a year. They have a great system where you can text them and they prep your car for you. 98% of the time there is no wait, and the few (very few) times I had to wait it wasn't more than a minute or two. The people there are very kind and quick. I've seen / heard about the people who park there once. They are coming in during a concert or after a snowfall or some other busy time. The rates are posted, and you can see them as you enter. They aren't making it up, it's all on the computer. So if you are getting charged a lot... umm... yeah... High demand, high price. That's what happens. Anyway, I'd totally park here again if I could afford a car.

Made us pay twice for event parking. Then charged us 12$ extra due to our car being an suv. Total came to 122.00 to park for about 5 hours… avoid at all costs. Swindlers

Not a good experience, staff didn’t explain anything. I paid for a spot then after I got back to my car 4 hours later they charged me more money because my car was larger than they expected.
