Reserved a spot for 1:00 pm using SpotHero. Arrived at 1:06. Was told the garage is full but that my QR code would be honored at another lot nearby. Got there but when I scanned the QR code I was told that "the server cannot be reached" and when I pressed the customer service button I got a message that they were serving other customers but then hung up on me. And no one on duty there. Avoid this company!

Almost had to leave and park elsewhere after I had already paid. The attendant was nice enough to find me a spot, but they need to manage this place much better. Don't sell tickets if you don't have the room!

I’ve been a monthly parker at this garage since 2017, and the decline over the past year has been incredibly frustrating. Several times, I’ve arrived to find every single space taken, with nothing reserved for monthly customers, forcing me to park overnight at another garage—even though I’m already paying for a monthly pass. When I reached out to management last year, I was told it was due to a “busy season” and a nearby garage closing, but there was no real effort to address the issue. I followed up again a few weeks ago and have received no response at all. At this point, it’s genuinely stressful coming home because I never know if a spot will actually be available for me. They recently put up “reserved” signs for monthly parkers, but only four spots, which is nowhere near enough. The a

I had parking reservation from parkwiz. They advised me that the lot was full (even though I arrived at the stated time) and told me to go to another garage who will take the pre paid voucher. Guess what, the other garage did not take it and made me pay. So i was out of reservation and wasted time. Avoid this liars.

If I could give less than one star, I would. If you are considering monthly parking here, DO NOT DO IT. I paid for monthly parking and I had trouble scanning in and out EVERY SINGLE TIME. It doesn’t just scan your license plate, you are forced to scan a QR code on the app every single time you enter and exit. Sometimes the gate will automatically open before you scan, but it’s a trick. If you don’t scan out you can’t enter the next time. Or if you don’t scan in, good luck getting out without waiting on hold with customer service for 10 minutes. Additionally, it failed to register that I had a monthly subscription through SpotAngels, and charged me about an additional $400 over the span of less than 2 weeks.
