Synergy Equipment Rental Pompano

I have had the pleasure of working with both Chase and Tyler. They are my go to for equipment. Very professional and get you what you need in a timely manner. The only issue we’ve had is the machines not working sometimes. Service is quick to fix though. Drivers are also very nice to work with. Just feel that the delivery, pick up and other economical charges are high in price. I understand if it’s super heavy equipment, but heavy machines shouldn’t be in comparison with a scissor lift.

Chase was persistent in taking our service full time. With great professionalism and continued visits, we gave Synergy a shot and they have not missed a shot for our equipment needs. In huge emergencies where other vendors gave us last minute cancellations, Synergy stepped up and gave us equipment on the spot. Very great working with Synergy and Chase. Please ask for a portal when you become business partners. Helps a lot when needing to know cost for equipment on the job that has been onsite for more than 1 week. Stay away pay a little more at sun belt rental!! Worse company and th district manager is even worse! I was renting a bobcat for 3 months it was on site and open and promise to me! They gave it to another company and told me sorry that other company in his words to me was they are my bread and butter mean while this was the last one in our area! Not right by far stay away!

Never take your tools to get fix here. I brought my jumping jack to get fix, the motor was running great it wasn't jumping. They took the tool a part and charged me $100 to give me a estimate. It came up to $1500 because the lower engine broke down, not worth it because is a old tool. I told them l don't want it. They just put the parts inside a cardboard box and gave to me. The motor was good, now it is all in pcs.
