Really a step above any business I have had do work for me. Not only was the communication excellent, (even sent a name and picture of the tech), every one in the office was great and the job was completed, with notes of what was needed and the resolution of how it was fixed.. It refreshing to have a business who respects your time and makes it easy to do business with them. Well done!

Chase was very good and communicated how the inspection went. Only shortcoming was we had ask for an inspection of the dehumidifier but suspect he didn’t do that as he didn’t communicate about it. UPDATE - Added later as we found out he did the dehumidifier inspection. Overall a really good experience.

Communication with Synergy is excellent! They send appointment reminders, notification that technician is on the way and after appointment follow up asking about satisfaction. Technician Chase was informative, knowledgeable and pleasant. Highly recommend Synergy.

We had been using a competitor to Synergy but needed to find someone else due to their lack of customer focus. Synergy came out to do the preventative maintenance on our system and we could not be happier. Their communication was OUTSTANDING and the technician Braeden is very knowledgeable and has the soft skills that help set himself and Synergy apart from the rest. GREAT organization!
