I had an issue with my heat turning on and off about every thirty seconds. I called Salina heating and air conditioning for help. Aldo answered my call right away and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. He ordered parts and scheduled a time to repair the furnace within a day. Aldo provided an estimated time for arrival at my house and sent me a text before he arrived, showing up a few minutes early! His work truck is clearly marked with the company name and contact info. Aldo was friendly and went right to work. He took the time to show me the damaged parts and explained how the system works. He was attentive and patient with all my questions. He took the time to explain what factors played into an efficient HVAC system, and this isn’t something other companies took the time to do. After installation, he checked in multiple times to see how our system was running. He still continues to give us recommendations on how to keep our home efficient and comfortable! We use Salina Heating & AC exclusively for our business complex. Aldo Sr. & Aldo Jr maintain all of the buildings which totals about 8 units. They work hard to keep them in top shape. They are conscientious about maintenance to improve the life of the units. They are great about finding good prices for parts to save us money. They are always responsive and professional.
