T and D HVAC

Used T&D to service my ac units in pine knoll shores in early 2025 and then later fixed a warranty item and then also to fix an issue with dehumidifier pump Worked with Corey Excellent work. Communicated very well. Showed up in time. And fixed everything in a timely matter. Will definitely use them going forward .

I recently purchased a home on Emerald Isle. T&D HVAC replaced my ductwork and HVAC Apart from being most competitive with the other estimates from reputable local companies , Corey pointed out and addressed areas of concern that the others didn’t. I highly recommend T&D .

T & D Heating and Cooling wired and serviced a brand new Mitsubishi mini-split system and branch box. I was forced to call them several times because the lines kept freezing up (see attached photo), it would not cool and the system would display a fault code. Despite my efforts explaining these problems, Thomas Holley (owner) & Graeme Chipperfield (tech) kept telling me there was nothing wrong… yet the system would never operate correctly. So I called Jacksonville Heating Contractors, several things were found wrong that T&D did; (1) the refrigerant was serviced wrong, (2) they did not pull the contamination out of the system and (3) the system was addressed wrong (see description on attached invoice). Several minutes after the Jacksonville tech left, the fault code came back. I call

Best service ever! Love this company. They replaced 2 of our HVAC systems recently and did an excellent job. They are efficient, courteous and a great value for the work they performed. T&D HVAC is top notch. Not only are the dependable, but their knowledge base is off the charts. They come when they say they will be there and any and all repairs are done professionally and timely. They come to both my home and my office. Always courteous and friendly. Anyone having issues or just need an HVAC check should call them. Best company I've had the pleasure to work with.
