It took them a lil bit longer because the original technician ran into a problem on his way to my son, but they did call me and advise they were sending someone else to assist. Quick story: I had an Uber drop me home after a days long trip to San Diego. I was so tired. Got to the front door and my entry code didn't work. It was 10 pm. 🫣 I called this company. Enrique came out to assist me. He was timely (at my door within 20 minutes of my call). He communicated with me the entire time. He told me my options and worked hard to help me get into my home.
