T & C Gutter Company, Inc.

I contracted with T&C 4 or 5 years ago to replace my ancient gutters that were leaking, rusty, and mis-aligned with my roof edge. They did a full length gutter at front and back of the house, and installed new downspouts. Good value, qualty job. Calling them again now, this time to install leaf guards. Yes, they were hard to get hold of at first, as they are very busy, but I was pleased with the work and would use them again. Palmyra residence.

Unbelievable but the gutters that were installed seemed worse than having no gutters at all. The gutters were not installed tightly to the house allowing water to come off the roof and flow behind the gutters. T & C's solution was to glob a bunch of caulk to attempt to fill the voids. In another area the gutter run was not pitched correctly so water just sat in the gutter. So disappointed. The installers were very nice, professional and punctual. Maybe they were just having a bad day surrounding installation?

Called a number of times to get gutters cleaned before the snow fell. Left a number of messages. Said he was coming and did not. Gutters still are nit done. Last time shotty work. Friend discovered top gutters never done a call back would at least been nice. I could have gotten another guy. Was giving them another chance but not even a call

First I called the office twice on separate occasions and got an answering machine. Then I called the alternate number which must have been a cell phone. The man that answered did not identify himself right away as T&C Gutter. I gave him my information, (it didn't even sound like he was writing any of it down) and he said he would be out to give me an estimate "either Thursday or Friday or Saturday". Yeah, he never showed up and haven't heard from him since. It's been about a month. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Is this even a real business?!

Tim is great.. He is always busy so you have to book in advance. I have used his gutter installation services many times.
