T E Andresen Moving

Was a very poor experience. Missing and damaged items. An individual contracted with them approached me about my interstate move. Was scammed and they claim it was off the books so its not their problem. Driver was rogue but said they having problems with him. When pressed they walked it back. They have ignored me and provided no support to clean up mess or an apology. United claims no record no recourse. Was charged 2k over agreed price and would never provide a contract. Nobody in the office, lost in the mail and driver forgot it excuses. At that point my property was already loaded and I was at the mercy of their co tract driver.

Working with Jim H at Andresen has been a pleasure. Moving is very stressful and to have a contact person who stays in touch with you through the whole process is important - Jim is that person. The company screens all of its employees and even the drivers and actual movers are also very friendly and helpful. Over they years I have had the opportunity to refer Jim to friends and clients, all with RAVE reviews. Highly recommend.

Everyone I dealt with at this moving company was polite and professional, from the scheduling staff to the movers who packed up my home. The real standouts, though, were the delivery crew. They were fast, careful, and extremely accommodating when placing items in my new house. Their positive attitude made a long day much easier. The only hiccups were that the delivery date ended up slipping slightly and some of the box labels could have been clearer, which caused a little confusion while unpacking. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and especially grateful to the hardworking crew
