After 10 minutes talk to the person on the phone, finally she said that someone will return my call, I'm waiting,

I made an appointment of an arrival between 2&4pm. I never heard from anyone so at 3:55pm called the office to check in. They said the tech would be in touch immediately with an arrival time. Nothing still. At 4:15pm I called the office again, still nothing. At 4:30 the tech called and told me the office should have never Booked my appointment as he was too busy. He said he’d call the office and find out when he could be to me. He then followed up with a text to me stating his boss told him to cancel on me. It was now 4:35pm. I proceeded to call the office who then said they weren’t sure why the tech said that. That story turned into the tech had an emergency, which I knew wasn’t true as I talked to the tech who told me he was overbooked. Then it was told that they’d try to reschedule me f
