TJ McKenna was easy to work with from the start, very responsive and timely, in terms coming out to take measurements, manufacturing the railing, and scheduling the install, and quite flawless with the installation itself. Add to this that they were 75% better on pricing than the next vendor I identified, and you can call me a completely satisfied customer.

It has been about a year since John McKenna put in our handrails for our home. They still look great, he takes extra care at the base to prevent rusting and weakening of the railings. I would recommend his work to anyone looking for well made and well installed fencing and hand rails. Thank you again, John!

Railing was installed with poor craftmanship. The entire rail has overspray paint, rippled and drip marks. The paint was wet when installed and in some spots paint was wiped away. The railing is less than a month old and rust is forming already.

Just installed a railing in our newly renovated house. Ruined the wall where it screws in and also drilled an unnecessary hole in our floor. They refuse to acknowledge that they did it. Instead they are saying that we did it after they left. Brand new floors and walls/paint.
