Installed the Carrier heat pump in our new construction town home 2 years ago. Not cooling. Factory defect inside the unit causing all freon to leak out. Called them to see if they could work out something with Carrier since they installed the unit and it has a factory defect. They told me no. They have no interest in taking care of their customers.

If I could give this company a less-than review and not even leave 1 star, I would. We haven't even owned our home for more than a year. A Brand new home built by My Home Communities. We have had to call for service on our HVAC system 3 times in 2025, starting in the spring. We have done everything that T&M has recommended we do to solve the issue of our outside unit freezing over. Every time we ask for help, their technicians give us different answers, and it's just starting to seem like no one there actually knows what they are doing. The staff, office staff, and technicians are rude, condescending, and unhelpful to talk to. We had to put in a warranty claim, and we were quick to be contacted by T&M to schedule the appointment for the tech to come out, which was same day! Tyler diagnosed the issue quickly and got the unit back in service quickly. He was kind and prompt! Thank you for your hard work!

I recently purchased a home and have been experiencing serious issues with the air conditioning unit installed by this company for the second time this month. The unit is not cooling properly, which is incredibly frustrating, especially in this summer heat. We had a technician come out late (about 5:45 PM) on Thursday evening, but he was unable to detect any problem after 15 minutes and simply advised us not to turn the unit off if it happened again. SN: I turned the unit off on Wednesday because I was afraid to overwork parts. Not only was that advice vague and unhelpful, but the problem returned the very next day. My husband arrived home shortly and called to speak to the technician for clarity. Since then, my husband has made multiple calls to the company requesting follow-up service
