T & M Overhead Door

Called this company to come repair a door they had worked on a few months earlier. 4 days later and will not return my call gladly called another company that will be out in one day. And hopefully their repair will last longer that the one we got from this company.

Called this company last Friday to make an appointment for them to fix door. Said they would be here Monday afternoon. Never called. Called them Tuesday morning to find out what happened. The guy told me that they were really busy, I told him they made the appointment. Again he said they were really busy. Told him I would call the Store in West Monroe. Won’t be calling this Company again.

They replaced a broken spring. Turned out they installed the wrong size so about a year later it broke. Then they wanted to charge me full price to install the correct spring even though the owner admitted the error. Unbelievable!!

They were incredibly fast in showing up, worked quickly and got the problem fixed for a fair price! Great company to use!

I highly recommend anyone needing repairs for their garage door to give T & M a call. The repairman was very friendly and professional.
