T-Man is Thee Man! Al shows up every day on time and ready to rock. He has a can-do attitude and brings positive energy. He gets to the work and gets it done! For things that he doesn't do, he has a great list of sub-contractors and brings in people who do the work right. He pulled off a complete kitchen cabinet install in a kitchen that doesn't have a single 90 degree angle in it and made everything perfectly level. It is a very old house which required some creative solutions which he handled with ease. The bathroom remodel was similar in that it required creative ideas to make it work and it came out better than we thought! From demolition to foundation work to the finest detail, T-Man will get 'er done!

Living in Los Angeles, you can’t throw a rock without hitting a musician, but a brilliant contractor/master carpenter like Al Teman is few and far between. If you’re thinking of renovating, skip the rest of this review and call him immediately. Hands down, T-Man is the absolute best contractor ever. Best decision you will make today! Never having renovated a bathroom before, the experience was all new to me, made easy and entertaining by T-man’s experience and talent. Not only did we demo the teeny tiny 70's bathroom down to the studs, but T-man let me take first crack at the wall smashing with his favorite sledgehammer. I have used Al several times and am always impressed with his skills and ability to solve difficult house repair problems. He saved and restored a tile floor after a sewer crew tore it up and he created and installed beautifully carved window supports for a hard to reach second floor spot. Plus he is a great guy and fun to work with. Highly recommended.

Al is simply the best. Trust me we’ve tried the rest. He’d still be at our home if we had things for him to do! We worked with Al on and off for over 6 years. He’s completely honest, trustworthy and his attention to detail and cleanliness is second to none. Great follow up, and easy to work with!!
