Because Tom and his team we so diligent, it brought to light commonly overlooked issues which we took to the sellers to address. He made sure that everything was in good shape and took the time to explain everything to us in a clear and concise manner so that we could understand what we were seeing. They came out and truly helped us walk through the house and make sure that everything was okay! They took their time and were very thorough.
