TAC did our master bathroom in our new house build. They did a good job finding tiles we liked, then they put it in. We have had leak after leak. The floor under the shower needs to be redone. They didnt seal their grout. They used grout at 90 degree angles and it all cracked. In some spots they put calk over the grout and we now have more leaks. Not recommended at all.

If you dream of getting in contact with them, don't waste your time - they never respond to the calls and never give a call back. Unfortunately, our community builder used this 'center' for interior supplies. During these 3 years, I called and left messages in regards to different appointments and matters many times and never was able to get through and no one returned my calls ever! Same with visiting in person- they simply do not have a receptionist! Wow! Then why do they list their business phone number??

Company does work for many builders, their workmanship has a lot to be desired. They do not fallow guidelines provided by the tile manufacturers nor the Tile Council of America. Our house was about a year old and we had to redo the whole shower because the tile installation and the shower wall preparation. The corners of our shower walls were showing cracks, the floor tiles had cracked grout and were lifting up.They sent a technician, i use that word as a joke to reseal the walls, but he never removed the old silicone or grout, just added more stuff on top of the cracks We had to hire another tile company and do a complete tear down all the way down to the studs. Upon removal of the tiles we discovered that there was only about a ten to twenty percent adhesion of the tiles to the backer bo

I read all the negative reviews and was a little worried but I arrived on Saturday morning, Jamie F met us right away and took us into the showroom. She was incredible to work with. We could tell that she is a professional designer. We gave her the basic look and feel of what we liked and she put together all kinds of different color, texture and materials packages that were spectacular. We recently bought a Pulte home and are very excited to move in based on how we were able to configure everything the way we wanted to. We've bought 5 houses over the years from California to Texas and Virginia and this was our best experience. Thank you very much Jamie F.

I'm really hoping our design center appointment turns out much better than the process to schedule the appointment. We were told by NV Homes we would be contacted next day. We were contacted 2 days later, and because we missed their call, we spent the following 2 days following up. Not sure why TAC didn't try to call us back. We had a snow day in the area and apparently that means everyone gets a day off, no one is even helping to schedule appointments? Makes no sense and is not a great preface of what's to come. The assistant (Leslie) who helped us schedule the appointment was unprofessional in her responses and attitude and made it seem like TAC is very silo'd. I'm honestly shocked NV is affiliated with such a company; wish we had another choice to work with.
