TAC always does a great job of perfect measurements for their products. Installation is great and the installers are friendly, clean up, and efficient. Rob and his crew installed Provia fiberglass mahogany entry front doors the other day. They look great and the installation went flawlessly.

Extremely poor customer communication and courtesy. Sadly this company has gone downhill. If you do use them don’t expect them to come back if there is a problem.

They did the interior doors at my new home and the product was great. However, the workers are the most unprofessional people you will ever hire. They didn’t even finish the job. They were supposed to come back to touch up and finish molding around the doors and never did. I text and called and nothing. Now my work is half done and I will have to call another company to finish. Also, I need a replacement door for my laundry, told them I would pay for it, they told me they ordered it and it never showed up. Please do yourself a favor and hire some more professional people. Although the product is nice, don’t have the headache dealing with unprofessional workers.

Rob and his assistant just left my home and they did a wonderful job. My sunroom window is fixed, as is the inside molding for the skylight. Rob was helpful and informative about the construction of the sunroom windows and offered great recommendations for remedies should other things go wrong. It was a trek for them to come here from Wayne, but I would feel confident using TAC for other issues as well.
