I had several issues with a salesperson I was working with, but this review is about Tague’s customer service as a whole. When I escalated my concerns to a manager, Nicole, I immediately knew everything would be resolved. Nicole is a no-nonsense professional whose expertise and attention to detail are unparalleled. Any materials that arrived subpar were immediately reordered and replaced without hesitation. Nicole’s experience was evident—she identified where cabinets would hit the refrigerator and suggested stoppers, noticed where cabinets weren’t flush with the wall, and pointed out details I never would have thought to look for. Matt and Lynne were a dream to work with! We had a large window and door order for a renovation project and both of them were so helpful! As someone who likes to see all options and compare different styles they were so patient and knowledgeable. We are super happy with our selections and happy to have worked with the Tague team.

I worked with Mike at the Malvern showroom to plan out replacing an existing deck railing with a Trex Transcend "cocktail" railing. Tague has an extensive display of installed decking products on the side of their show room, which was helpful both for aesthetics and seeing the construction techniques first-hand. My "legacy" deck didn't conform to the latest code for deck construction and also has a number of 45-degree railing connections. Mike reviewed the measurement and photos of existing installation and coordinated with the manufacturer to resolve some issues that were unclear in the literature as well as coming up with some great ideas on his own. Delivery was prompt and courteous and the quality of some pressure treated lumber I also ordered for other deck repairs was far beyond

Lynne Rhodes is a phenomenal support team in her own right. Completely supportive with inside sales; selection, pricing, and providing complete support to achieve absolute customer satisfaction! Played a big role in Women in Construction Open House. Welcomed my Designer Wife Kathy and I to the event in the most caring and positive way. Say Yes To Lynne Rhodes!!! Posted my review awhile ago, but to the Philadelphia store, we worked with Kitchen showroom in Malvern so i wanted to correct. We ordered kitchen cabinet 8 months ago and it has been a nightmare. Small kitchen but the order process took forever. Designer was terrible, really struggled to design something that would work. Cabinets arrived on time but with extensive cosmetic issues. Our contractor repeatedly tried to get information on corrections and got nothing but run around. Contractor told me they had never had such an issue with any other company. Finally got rep out to see issues 7 weeks (months after initial order) ago - still waiting for replacements. Worse yet they make no effort to keep us informed. I and my contractor will not work with them again.
