This is in continuation with the testimonial posted by GS because of the pre-set character limit for a Google review. Similarly, the exhaust fans they brought with them for installation appeared to be second-hand (i.e. already used) to be installed with an exhaust pipe to vent out the Radon gas, an application that was too much for residential crawl spaces! After repeated follow-ups they stopped reporting for work without installing the exhaust fans. In the end, I purchased a good exhaust fan (that's another $200, not to mention my labor) and installed it myself over the summer! 4. Review for Sacramento, CA location: Received a mailer for this company and thought it would be a good idea to get the air ducts clean since we have a baby in the home (our vents were looking pretty dirty). The technician came out and was very nice but the service made a COMPLETE MESS of my home. I literally had to clean my home from top to bottom because there was dirt on EVERYTHING! (Again, small child in the home). I also had pieces of air duct and insulation coming out of my vents for days (SMALL CHILD!!) The tech made a few damages in my home and temporarily fixed them. I assumed they would have someone come out for a permanent fix. I had the service done on a Wednesday and I called the same day about requesting repairs. I was told that I would get a call back from the owner.... never

We had a wonderful experience with Shane from Tahoe Air Clean. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough job, and we are delighted with the results. My son and I both have asthma, so tho was a much-needed service. We are so thankful for Shane.

Shane was on time and professional. He explained the work that would be done and showed pictures of our air ducts before and after. He took the tome to ale sure that we understood the risks and benefits of his recommendations. He communicated with us through the process and we are happy with the services provided.

I would not recommend these guys at all!!! We got are vents cleaned and one intake done and had them all sprayed with disinfected for 438 dollars. The guy was nice when he was taking my money. A few weeks past and we notice that are upstairs wasn't cooling like it was before. So I remember him saying that the dampers could be adjusted to force air up stairs. So I called and had him come back out telling me that him sticking a brush in the Vents moving the Dampers was not his problem. So how is him moving the dampers not his doing? All I wanted was him to adjust them back because im not a professional and now nothing about this. They where working extremely good before he did the cleaning. He was rude said its wasn't his problem. He was trying to blame the blower motor.
