Our work was done timely and professionally. We had two bathrooms done at the same time and they worked quickly and included us in problem solving when suprises came up. While the price was higher than we would have liked, we are happy with the work and the warranty. We would absolutely recommend them to others and probably use them again ourselves.

We had a long wait on materials but, when the installer, Garry, arrived, he was so courteous and explained everything he was going to do and what he had done. He went over and above to make sure everything was measured to the right heights and distances for my husband's needs. He cleaned up every day even though he was coming the next day. He is very knowledgeable and explains if you have any questions. I am thrilled with his work and would have him back again. He's prompt, worked long hours and was happy to do it! I would recommend him to everyone needing Tailored's services! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Gary and Jeremy were great. They are excellent installers and very congenial. I really enjoyed inter acting with them. They were hear to please which they did. The sales girl could have listened better. I ask for a rainfall shower head that didn’t happen, It looks like a regular shower head there were some other issues also. Gary didn’t know I decided not to get a shower chair. He had to call the company to make sure. The installation was awesome, sales not so much.

Matt S. was very patient and worked hard to get my husband and I approved. We’re getting a new walk-in shower, and I’m so excited!!! The price is very fair. I can’t wait to get it installed and use our brand new walk-in shower! We’ll probably be calling Matt to come back out and get a quote for our windows next

I had the opportunity to be in need of a shower remodel. Take out my existing shower and tub. I met Stepfanie who was the representative, she arrived on time at my house. She was representing Tailored remodeling. The presentation was informative, the product that she showed me was of high quality. The company has excellent ratings that indicates a company that is driven an exceptional quality of product and craftsmanship! I’m looking forward to having a safe shower in my home!
