Tallen Builders LLC

Recently bought the Tiffany Apartments @ 3220 SW 26th Street and left the entire building without water. Multiple phone calls resulted in nothing. This is a residential building that is occupied by families with women and children totaling 20+ bodies. They have had no access to clean water for at least 8 hours. No notice was given. No reasoning or intent to remedy had been made available. they raised the monthly rent by 50 dollars 3 weeks ago. How are "leading" entities able to function with such unregulated incompetence? Law enforcement and Ocala municipal has been informed.

Excellent professional staff and the renovation was expertly done as quickly as permitting would allow. Festus worked with us to get the highest value for the best price for all the materials and sub-contracting. Everyone of the staff is very friendly and helpful! Of particular note is Terry Lovelace, who always, with a smile and cheery voice, accepted my calls and questions and solved every unexpected issue that came to our attention. We could not have completed this beautiful Sokol Vineyards space without her especially and the attention to detail that she and all of the Tallen Builders staff exhibited. Thank you for helping to make our dreams come true!!!
