Robbi is one of the most professional, most flexible, and efficient housekeepers that I have encountered! Robbi is on every job personally and that is extremely reassuring. Robbi has been with us for over 4 years. We will most certainly continue to do business with her. She listens and is accommodating to all of our needs and additional requests. She makes sure that we are satisfied with each cleaning. Which, we no longer have to do because we are confident we are coming home to a fresh, relaxing, and clean home. Robbi-Lynn is amazing. She has been cleaning our work office for 3 years now and she does a great job. She makes sure the place looks like a showroom, everything is clean and sparkling. She has nice little extra touches that we love. She is professsional, punctual and reliable. We were blessed to be fortunate to have found her and would always reccomend her.

Robbi-Lyn puts her heart and soul into her business. She told me she would clean my house like she would clean her own but I suspect she cleaned it more thoroughly. She was very communicative and flexible right from the start. I have allergies to dust and harsh chemicals. She was willing to work with me on Cleaning products as well as the vacuum cleaner she would use. The job was a tough one: a move in clean with 12 years of accumulated dirt especially in the basement. It took them an hour longer than she predicted, which speaks to the difficulty of the job not the work of the cleaners. She didn’t even charge extra in spite of the fact that it took them extra time. Although she appreciated the extra tip I gave them which was very well deserved. Thanks so much Robbi-Lyn, and your crew.

No show. After arranging time and agreeing on a price for a deep clean and scheduling monthly visits, she just never showed up and never responded to our messages. We had visitors coming for the weekend and it left us scrambling. Do not recommend.

Robby's team does an excellent job cleaning, which makes my life easier. She answers all questions and asks thoughtful questions that I did not even think of to ensure my needs are met. She is reliable, professional, punctual, and affordable. I couldn't be more pleased with her service, skills and the peace of mind she brings. Now I have more time to do other things, because I know the place will be clean. Thank you!
