Tangram Parking

First I want to say, this is a great location for a parking garage, you don’t have to drive into the crowd of Flushing. But unfortunately that’s all the good things about it. They don’t close the garage when it’s at capacity, you’d need 30 mins to search for a spot, and then another 30 mins to get out. Today it took us over 40 minutes to just get out of the garage, with that time, we’d already get home, and we live far in Westchester. What a waste of time and terrible management.

WARNING! DO NOT PARK HERE! What a complete scam. We spent 35 min in traffic in the parking garage looking for parking. There was no warning that they were over capacity. People were parallel parked along walls and in spaces that did not exist. Layout was horrible and every corner was a dead end, creating a huge bottleneck. The worse part is, there were zero attendants and when we went to exit, we were still charged for the time we spent stuck in this garage. We tried the “help” button which just leads you to a ghost phone with a full mailbox. Huge scam.

worst parking lot. Self parking. But they still let you. In even it is 150% full. Then you spend 30min driving inside the parking lot. Even when you leave. You need 30min to drive out...

Avoid parking here at all costs. The lot gets full quickly, and they’ll still charge you even if there are no spots available. The parking staff are dismissive and completely unhelpful. Shame on me for giving them a second chance - same bad experience twice.

Came in with my family to find parking spot and it become a nightmare experience. After search parking spot for 20 minutes, there is zero spot available and they still allow more cars to enter the parking garage. In addition, they allow cars to parallel park along the wall which made parking garage even tighter. Long story short, I was expecting there is parking attendant to dispute the charge. However, I end up pay $10 for 35 minutes and not finding a spot.
