I am very impressed with Tyler. The condensate pump was malfunctioning and he cleaned it and repaired the shut off valve. I am a club member, so my service call was discounted. I was scheduled for the following morning after I called. Tanner Heating and Air is very honest and ethical!! I would recommend them without hesitation!

We had our thermostat go out on a cold Saturday morning. I called a few places and Tanner Heating and Air were the only ones who could come out the same day. The woman who answered my call took my name and number and within a half hour the technician called!! He was extremely nice and was at our house quickly. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in about 45 minutes and we had heat again!! The price to come out on the weekend was very reasonable and we will continue using them for all of our heating and cooling needs!!

AC wasn’t working in our new house (was installed by Tanner). Called and they sent someone out a few hours later. Daniel came and fixed everything right up and made sure everything was right and ready to go for us. This was our first experience with Tanner and we are very pleased!

Recently Tanner came out on a Saturday after normal business hours. They identified the problem and did a temporary fix until they were able to get the new part. Once the new circuit panel came in he again came back and replaced the old one. He was pleasant, curious, and knowledgeable of what needed done and explained what and why he was doing. You couldn’t ask for any better service.
