I had them give me quotes which they did and had very lengthy and cordial conversations with the owner’s wife. When asked about a 9000$ quote for village compliance services she kept referring to standards set by the village. I was simply asking for a more detailed quote to know exactly what we’d be paying for on our property. I realize the slope of our property does make it difficult to access with machinery. I never got an answer for the specifics and how they formulate the quote. Then the husband got on the phone and said I was being rude to his wife. I was just a customer needing explanation for spending 9000$ to be compliant with the village. Not many homeowners can afford this. No explanation other than it will get me into compliance. Wish they could have just sent a detailed

Couldn't get a quote. We waited 3 weeks for them to come out and give a bid. When they finally did they weren't prepared and said they will have to get back to us. 3 weeks later I haven't heard anything. Left a message for follow up, returned call and said "working on bid still". Another week and nothing. We actually have lots of business so they lost a potentially great customer.

Tanners Land and Tree is an excellent tree service and landscape company that has taken care of our property for several years. Can’t say enough good things about the owners and their employees.
