Omar was super helpful! Our dishwasher needed some attention after a recent counter installation and Omar was able to troubleshoot and repair the appliance quickly. He was kind enough to work cooperatively with another contractor who was also at my home for electrical repair to ensure that the dishwasher would continue to function correctly in the future. Mr Omar and his team were truly amazing. I phoned on a Friday afternoon and they were at my home within the hour. He assessed my problem and tried to fix it immediately. He needed a part and said he would be back in the morning - on a Saturday! However when the part did not arrive he informed me that he would be back on Monday. (My air conditioner had gone out & Mr Omar recommended a repair person. I called HIM and he came immediately to my home on a Friday afternoon!) Mr Omar arrived on Monday exactly when he said he would. He repaired my freezer AND taught me how to prevent the problem from happening again AND taught me some refrigerator freezer maintenance tips. I called Tanzanite Appliance Repair I wanted to find out why my dishwasher wasn’t draining and refrigerator wasn’t making ice.The technician called when he was en route, arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly and made the repair. He was very friendly and professional. The service technician was courteous, professional, and got the repair done quickly. I give him a A++ plus because the technician arrived on time, correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue by replacing the parts that were needed to be replaced I would use him again for any technical issue that I have I highly recommend him.

Our dryer had been on the fritz for a couple months, making this really loud screeching noise on the dry cycle.
