Cannot say enough good things about Tapia. We bought the one of their SPEC homes in 2015 and were so impressed with their craftsmanship that we chose Tapia to build our dream home in 2020. They only hire the best subcontractors and their attention to detail and high quality materials set them far above their competitors. They are very responsive and easy to work with. Worth every penny!

In building my home, Tapia has been professional from the first day when I walked in to their model homes till still after I signed my mortgage. Great communication with me and my bank. I cannot say enough good things about Tapia! Through the entire building process to now living in our new home and having some post move-in items come up, Mike, Chad and all installer partners have been super responsive and have addressed all of our needs while exceeding expectations. They live up to every commitment they make!

High quality, beautiful homes. However, ridiculous issues with price increases. We were told we should be able to get into our house at a certain price point. Within three weeks they raised prices on us three or four times. We were ready to get the ball rolling as soon as possible. The breaking point was right when we get to the point of starting paperwork they put a two week hold on everything. Right then I knew they would come back with even more price increases in two weeks. Sure enough, right at two weeks, the prices increased again and the war with Russia and Ukraine (that just started less than 24 hours ago) would "only make it even worse".
