We've been using Target Air for years and they have always been helpful and reliable. We recently used them to replace our entire aging HVAC system with a dual fuel heat pump system and a minisplit. They were really helpful walking through all the options and assisted with all the Mass Saves paperwork. They are great to work with and we are loving our new system.

In general, I have found this to be a great service with maintenance and responsiveness. However, they really stepped up when I needed them most. We got back into town on New Year’s Eve to find that our furnace had failed. Chris offered to come that very night to look at the furnace and assess parts even though it was New Year’s Eve. They offered me several options without any hard sell. Once we had decided his crew was there on January 2 and the entire replacement was done by January 3 in the evening. They were quick to respond and complete the project, and very we are happy with the new system.

Target was everything you want in a service provider. They were responsive throughout the process taking the time to help us understand what would be happening, when, and why. They were at our house when they said they would be there. They were accessible when we had questions. The people who performed the work were professional and friendly. When the job was complete they followed up and made themselves available to teach us what we needed to know about the system. We cannot say enough about how well they performed. We would not hesitate to use them again ourselves or recommend them to others.
