Target

Great store with helpful employees (if a bit busy from understaffing!) You can find some great deals. For example: the cat food is several dollars less than Wal-Mart for the bulk packs. They also have a lot of items I just don't find elsewhere (even other targets!) such as in their health & beauty and Disney sections. Wish there was more variety in the tech department.

Guest service desk worker who was working at around 2:43pm on 2-16-26 really needs more customer service training. Had to call twice to get an answer if they have a Target optical center. At first time calling I received a very abrupt answer when I asked my question and they hung up immediately, she did not wait at all for any sort of answer or response from me. 2nd time trying to call, same girl finally answered my question and told me “you’re welcome” before I could ask any other simple question I needed!

Store is very clean with aisles accessible. Staff is always cheerful + always willing to help (even if it's out of there area). Would shop at Target more if one was closer to our home. But it is worth traveling to one 20 miles away for something we really need.

I would like to recognize Ricky in the Electronics department for his outstanding service. Despite being the only staff member available and managing a busy queue, he provided me with undivided attention. As a new Switch owner, I had a lot of questions about controllers and games; Ricky was patient, knowledgeable, and even helped me navigate my Target app. His ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure was impressive. Exceptional customer service—Ricky is a huge asset to this team!

Keeping it short, I came in to this target location to buy my son some football cards for his birthday. I proceeded to the card section and was quickly stopped by a woman putting away some of the cards. She said very rudely, this section is closed off for 30 minutes”. She said nothing else. She didn't ask what I was shopping for or what I needed. I looked around because I thought they had it closed off for a chemical spill or any type of spill but there was nothing to explain why the section would be closed off. I asked for a manager because I was confused as to why I couldn’t simply buy football cards and couldn’t understand why the entire section of cards was closed off. I was told that she was a vendor and not technically an employee of target. I asked them if that was standard practice
