If I could give zero stars I would. My partner and I waited almost an hour for help in tech, only for the “new” AirPods they sold us to be used and linked up to someone else’s apple account! They were clearly used by an employee or a return they never properly checked. We returned them and continued to have to wait for someone to come BACK to tech, which only took longer. The store is somehow understaffed and overstaffed and the employees are often rude. No shade to the super helpful person at the returns counter. You were a rockstar and got things handled fast.

I have a 40 minute commute from my work to home in Auburn, every time I place a pick up order I always say I’m “on my way” the moment I leave work, yet it still takes these employees 15-20 mins to bring my order out even tho they have had almost an hour to put it in their little cart and have it on stand by for when I arrive, not to be an entitled person by any means it’s just frustrating they guarantee certain time frames but can’t deliver

I waited 15 minutes for an employee to get me two drinks from the back. When no one came back I went to customer service I was told they forgot about me and then made me wait another 10 minutes. Didn’t apologize or anything.

TERRIBLE TARGET! Always out of stock of everything and somehow remain out of stock for weeks! Crazy how you can’t even stock your location or employ enough workers to stock/work cash registers. I know Target is a corporate chain but come on. All the food produce is also expired or rotting.

This particular store has a guy who shows up there on a motorcycle everyday almost and he is a predator. He in fact tried to solicit sex from my girlfriend offering her money. Be careful! He is middle aged and could probably fool you if your not on guard. Police should be aware!
