Target

I don’t normally complain but I brought it to customer services attention when I entered the store and by the time I left (which was about an hour) nothing had been done. The women’s restroom was disgusting. What happened to hourly shift restroom checks? Every stall was a mess.

Target has lots of fun and helpful products. Their only issue is quite a bit of chaos. Aisles are hard to get down and products are in disarray. The price of items has gone, like everything else, up. Not too much but enough to make me wonder if this was really Target. Checking out was a challenging experience! So many people and long lines! It reminded me of the holiday rush. I guess I need to get out more! In a nutshell, it's not the same Target I used to know.

I went to purchase a box of cereal that clearly had a tag with sale price of $2.99 and there were others of same product behind the one I grabbed. When I got to the self check out it rang up for 5.29. I let the lady know it was wrong and the sticker sale price said 2.99 she went to the isle to check the item and came back and said its the wrong size oz item. I said we'll there were others of same product behind this one it was not the only one. She said we'll sorry. I can remove it from list. What ever happened to the days when stores would admit to something wrong and them acknowledging their error and honoring the sale price on stick that was clearly labeled for the product I grabbed. Very disappointed.

It’s a Thursday at 11:00am and they only have 1 register open. That’s pretty ridiculous. Either add more self check outs or open more registers but the wait to check out is 20+ minutes because there’s nowhere to check out. It’s a regular business day during regular business hours. Do you want to do business or not? Because it sure seems like you don’t. Losing my business and I no longer have good things to say about target. Do better smh.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Target. The store manager and the customer service staff at this location were incredibly unhelpful and tried to enforce policies that are not part of Target’s actual return rules. I went in to return items from Cat & Jack and All in Motion, both brands that very clearly have a 365-day return policy, including returns for outgrown or worn items, with or without tags, as long as there’s proof of purchase. Instead, the customer service counter insisted they “changed their policy 4 months ago” and now the items must have new tags or show product failure.
