Target

This store was clean and very organized. Customer service was ok but I was very impressed on how tidy this target was. I was able to find everything fast and they had great selections on clothing and other things like baby items. Overall it was a good experience!

The Target in Dearborn Heights is a pretty chill spot to shop at. The store is clean and organized, so you’re not running around searching forever. They’ve got a nice variety of stuff — groceries, clothes, and all the random things you remember you need while you’re there. The workers I’ve talked to have been friendly and helpful, and checkout usually moves pretty quick. Overall, it’s just a solid Target to swing by when you need to grab a few things or end up doing a full cart run.

I was at Target Saturday. Store was well stocked, great customer service. Employees working hard, yet will smile and help out customers. Loved shopping at this Target!

⭐️ 1 Star Very disappointing experience at the Target in Dearborn Heights on Ford Road today (Jan 6, 3–4 PM). I was returning gifted clothing without a receipt, and the associate who helped me (she said her name was Naya, no name badge) was rude from the start. She spoke to me disrespectfully, rushed me while I was putting my ID away, and gave me a hostile look when I asked for a moment. She then abruptly said I’d hit the return limit and told me to donate the rest, with no explanation or courtesy. Unprofessional and uncomfortable interaction. Not what I expect from Target. Was reported to Target hotline as well.

I really liked how easy and simple the whole process was. From ordering online to picking up!
