Target

I was having fun cruising through and looking at different things got a couple things then I went over to the grocery store area and I picked up some cookies by the Homecoming Cookie company. It's ones that got pretty good reviews online they're called the birthday cake surprise. They are stuffed with a cream vanilla filling of some sort so of course I wanted to try them. Got them home open them up and they are freaking horrible dry brittle would not even break in the center even if you slam it on the counter completely expired and disgusting. There was no true expiration date on the packaging but that to me is no excuse there should be some type of way to tell the expiration date through the manufacturer and they should be dated maybe with a dating gun. I use drive-up to avoid going INTO the store (as do most), but when Target in GEORGETOWN has their 5-star employees on the job, I get a filthy, unsealed, USED product. This outstanding quality control by Target has made it possible for me to 1) Make an additional trip (did I mention it's the day before THANKSGIVING?) and 2) GO INTO THE FREAKING STORE. NEVER AGAIN TARGET IN GEORGETOWN. DO BETTER.

I just wanted to share that the curbside staff have always treated me great by being both friendly and courteous. The management has always been very supportive when I have picked up an order. They treat me like family as well as being very professional.

Love this store in general but not how it’s organised and how you can find needed product. No personal to help you and disorder between aisles, very chaotic. When you see online the needed product is available to pick up and after driving there discover they are actually out of stock it’s very disappointing. Hope it can be improved in the future.

My gosh, what a mess this store is! I hadn’t been there in a couple years, what the heck happened? Clothes and hangars all over the floor, looked like people wadded up clothing on the tables and just left it. I’ve never seen a Target look so bad. Even the bathroom trash was overflowing, trash on the floor. Do they not have employees there? After that I went to Old Navy, in the same parking lot, and that store looked pristine. Neatly folded clothes, great inventory, and friendly people. Can’t they get management and more employees to tidy up the place? Just awful…
