Target

My husband & I needed space heaters and found the last 2 available @ Target in Hendersonville. Jenna and Rebecca were so kind, helpful and compassionate in hunting those down for us. The store was about to close and they saved the day! Please consider giving both a raise for awesome customer service and for going above and beyond. Kudos Ladies!

This specific target is the worst one ive ever been in. It always feels like they just had a very busy shift while being understaffed. The layout doesn't make much sense, the aisles are cluttered, tags are frequently ripped off of clothing. I will say the cashiers are nice, I've not had one rude cashier there.

I don't know why people can't be nice. I literally went to target after visiting my horses because they were having a great sale on Christmas lights, which I got another strand for my roof and baby deer. When I went to the website, I did not see it was "If you buy online only" so, I was going to ask if they could price match it. Well, I wait in line which is no biggie I am a patient person and when she rung me up I thought it would take it off (2 days ago when I visited and it automatically did. I did not expect it to this time though). It rung up usual price and I told her that it said it was X online and she got snarky and said "That is for online only." Another edit: 2.5 months later the store is even worse. I only went because my daughter needed to go. Employees (young ladies to be exact) either on their phones or just talking to each other in the clothing department and there are literally clothes scattered EVERYWHERE! Edit: 3 weeks later, I go back and nothing has changed. Walked out empty handed. Target in Hendersonville always looks like it’s been ransacked and it’s a mess. This store gives me major anxiety. Today was my last time entering. Management should not allow the store to get this way. Hire people to work on the floor to keep it tidy.

For a location that refuses to call back anyone who applies, this is the worst Target I’ve ever shopped at. I have gone back twice in the last month and the same aisle I shopped in is worse than it was the first time. Looks to me like they have plenty of online shoppers and not a single employee organizing at all. Go anywhere else.
