Josh from Tech was very Helpful when assisting me and My Husband with our New 65” inch Smart TV! We usually love doing the Drive Up option, however we wanted to Do a looksy. So we went inside. So many good deals for the Holiday season and we decided last minute to buy the Smart TV haha. I’m pregnant and couldn’t lift it, and Josh was kind enough to Load it into the Mercedes and Everything! He was Gentle with Our Merchandise, even Hiding Our Sons Christmas Gifts from Him in the Process!! Thank you for cracking jokes, being merry and Cheery!! Keep spreading your Kindness and Hard work! Don’t waste your money on the Target membership each month. I pay for the membership and placed a drop off order to be delivered. I submitted the order at 3:59pm. I selected the drop off time at 6-7pm. Finally at 10pm I got a text saying they would push me to the next available drop off time of 9am the next morning. This was an order I needed delivered same day since I was leaving town with those items the next morning. I’ll be canceling my monthly membership also. Additionally, my order total came to $111 and change. However, Target immediately took $139 from my account seconds after placing the order. All for an order I never received.

Says they have an item at the store online. Drive to location Don't even have a section for that item and the staff basically called me a liar when it's right here on their website and on their little self-serve kiosk that tells you where things are customer service was horrible

The cashier clerk today was very friendly and personable today. Customer service is very rare these days but he made sure to make us feel valued. He thanked us and told us to have a great rest of our day. Most other retail business you can't even get the cashier or anyone to speak to you. Thank you for doing an awesome job today!
