Target Park USA

I've used this lot several times, my experiences have been pleasant in the past. Most of the attendants are very pleasant. I often even leave them tips. However today 11/24/2025 (around 11:45 or so) I came as I usually do to go to Aldi's which has free parking if you don't exceed a hour, so I went to Aldi's I wasn't even gone for 10 Mins because the store didn't have what I was looking for. When I returned I actually had a tip prepared for the attendant as I generally do. The person was very rude and obnoxious and stated to me if.you don't have a receipt from Aldi's you have to pay full price. I explained to him that I didn't have one because the store didn't have what I was looking for, he exclaim that if you dont have a receipt you can't get you vehicle. I repeatedly explained to him wh

I'm very disappointed with my recent experience with Target Park. I was given misleading information (The website says shuttle 24/7, There's no shuttle) that ended up costing me both time and money. On top of that, they overcharged me $10 even though I arrived on time, which makes no sense and feels unfair. (manger says they charge by hr) It's frustrating to trust a company for clear communication and fair pricing, only to walk away feeling taken advantage of. Target Park really needs to improve on honesty and accuracy with their information and make sure customers aren't charged extra for no valid reason. I WILL NEVER RESERVE HERE AGAIN!! UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY... They get 0 stars. I had to put 1 just to post to warm my fellow travelers.

Do not use TargetPark JFK. I was charged an additional $10 because they said I was 2 minutes late. There was no attendant and the office was locked when I went to get my car. I waited for about 15 minutes until the attendant. I will never park there again. They were very rude to me.

I parked here yesterday and I 100% agree with the customer service I experienced when I first entered. I was there around 10 am 7/17, when I entered there was no one visible for valet parking and was unaware I needed to stop at the entrance, so I followed the signs and proceeded to the lower level looking for someone. After not seeing anyone, I proceeded back to the exit and there he was, so I explained to him I didn’t see anyone and I was looking for him. I’m asked him if parking was available, I’m looking for a park. He said no there’s no-more space and clearly there was when I drove further down. DO NOT COME HERE I recently had a terrible experience at Target park USA , which I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk to assist us. We were unaware that we needed to wait for someone and proceeded all the way down the garage. Eventually, an employee, who was not in uniform and did not identify himself, approached us and demanded our keys. Understandably, we refused to hand over our keys to someone who didn’t look like a legitimate employee. When we asked if he worked there, he confirmed he did and instructed us to go to the front desk or leave. We opted to go to the front desk for clarification. To our surprise, the same employee then told us we were not allowed to park there because we had disrespected him by not giving him our keys initially. My
