It was clean, the price list is only a little more than the one picture ($18 for more than an hour) the stairwell didn't smell like pee (I find this the case in many other parking garages). Car was just as we left it and they even had staff to help us leave! Took our ticket and card and handed it back to us, facilitating an easy exit with a long line (after a concert at TLA).

Extremely misleading pricing. I was charged $25 to park for 30 minutes because I arrived at 4:38pm on a Saturday. I didn't have time to read the full sign as I was pulling in off a street and didn't want to block traffic. The attendant was unwilling to give me a better rate even though I was only in the garage for 30 minutes. Please park elsewhere.

Horrible parking lot. Misleading pricing and deceptive "signs" telling you where you're "allowed" to park. They will ticket you ($48!!!) immediately despite their misleading and deceptive signs, on top of your initial parking fee. I'm still not sure where I was allowed to park and they do a horrible job of highlighting where you can, but moreso, cannot park. DO NOT PARK HERE - they are misleading and rude.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is legitimately the 1st review I have EVER left in my whole life. I ignored the one bad review because it was convenient for me. There is nobody there, the pricing and allocation of where to park is very confusing. I got double charged, called to work through it and come up with a solution, but instead was met with short, nasty, and unhelpful responses, no manager hired/available to speak to. Not to promote another venue... but there's a lot directly across the street that is cheaper and has nicer staff.

Do not park here! Garbage company! Even if you pay $300 dollars for monthly parking they’ll give you a ticket in the garage and theres no way to dispute. There’s no need if you’re not monthly, expensive and theres plenty of street parking
