Be very careful with gift cards. Customer service (Lory) kindly explained that if you accidentally tear it, congratulations—you’ve permanently destroyed your own money. The balance cannot be restored, replaced, or recovered in any way. Once it’s torn, it’s gone forever. No mercy, no backup plan.

Worst experience at Target this morning. ONE cashier and more than 20 people in line. Line go self check out was equally as long and 3 out of the 4 people using them had issues and were waiting for help from the associate. No one was calling for an additional cashier or help. Management should have awareness on the front end of the store and manage the lines and customer experience

It's a must to visit and shop at Target 🎯 every year before Christmas 🎄🎁, as the entire store is full of Christmasy ambience!!! Like particularly their selections of Christmas home decor items, always very warmful, last but not the least, have to mention a little bit their own brand, favorite day, almost all the items are "must buy".

On Dec 19th I placed an online order and never received a confirmation that my items were ready to pick up, so I went to the store and grabbed the stuff instead of waiting. Spoke to the manager and was told to cancel my online irder and just pay for it at check out. She walked me through how to do it on my phone and yea it was an inconvenience but I got most of my items. The manager did also apologize “glitch in the system”, but today I get an email for e-gift card. Y’all didn’t have too, but you did and that deserves a 5 star review. This is my second review of this store. The last time I wrote a review, it was to complain about the lack of handcarts. Since then, there's been a dramatic shift! Lots of handcarts everywhere. I even saw a store employee restocking them by the front door. Kudos to the team. Unfortunately, we still have ridiculous long lines. I'm here on a Sunday afternoon, there are plenty of employees working today, but only one cash register is open (#3 in the pics). So... To the VP in charge of this store: This store has a management problem. The store manager named Andreas is the problem, not the staff. Andreas does not believe in having employees work the cash registers, this is the source of all the long lines that people are complaining about. No need for a PIP, just fire him. As soon as you fire
