Be careful trying to use a mobility scooter at this location, or even take a cart outside. The guy that does the carts here is a total creep. I've been harassed by this guy for 6 months because I use the mobility scooter and then take a red cart outside to my car with my groceries in it. Apparently he hates his job because it just ruins his day if he has to put away a mobility scooter. He's also been stopping customers on their way out asking them to leave their carts in the store. What? And then gives them dirty looks when they take it outside anyway. That's what they're for dude. Might not be the best job for you :/

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. I went in to return an item I had purchased earlier, but after the return was processed, I noticed I was missing $5. When I asked the cashier about it, she rudely informed me that it was because the item had a $5 gift card promotion attached. I asked if I could simply return the gift card instead, and she dismissively said no. I then requested to speak with a manager, to which she responded, “I’ll call the manager, but she’s not going to help you anyway.” Meanwhile, as we waited, she was actively telling other customers in line to go somewhere else because she refused to help them. I was shocked by her complete lack of professionalism and disrespect toward guests. When the manager arrived, she was initially going to issue me

The cart guy Steve is the rudest person I've ever seen at this location. He grumbles rude comments under his breath when he walks by you and he harasses and discriminates against the disabled people using the mobility carts. I was there with my wife today and he grumbled at her to not take the mobilty cart outside, which she wasn't going to. And then when she left it at the exit doors inside the store, he mumbled under his breath something about having to move the cart back to where it belongs. That's your job buddy! Another disabled lady noticed the interaction and told us that he has harassed her as well and is actually very rude to her every time he sees her in the store. Disgusting behavior and even more disgusting that the store allows this to go on and does nothing about it.

My family and I were checking out with Ruben the cashier and we had coupon that wasn’t scanning. He called over for assistance and Angela came over to help. Both were so kind and helpful. Angela figured out what the issue was and helped us to redeem our store coupon. Our local Target is better because they have these two who care about their guests.

What the heck is up with the aggressive AT&T cell phone sales people at this store? Trying to mind my own business shopping with family and was hounded multiple times (“who is your service provider”, “what do you pay for your current cell bill”) by the skeezy sales people after flat out saying I’m not interested. This severely detracts from the shopping experience and adds no value for your customers. If someone is shopping for diapers/infant supplies, why the heck would anyone think I want/need to get wrapped up in a new scammy multi-line phone plan. You guys can do better.
